DTV System composition and description
All program will be encode from the encoder and output the IP
Stream to the HDM-300 Stream Manager to Mux&Scramble all the
programs. Then send these program to the S2 Modulator, S2 Modulator
will process the IP signal to DVB-S2 RF signal output to the KU
transmitter, and cover all the subscriber by KU Transmitter

Hooray Unicom service contracts, Hooray Unicom Technical Support
provides 24-hour-a-day, award-winning technical assistance. The
Hooray Unicom Technical Support Website on website features
extensive online support resources. In addition, Hooray Unicom
International Technical Service Center (ITSC) engineers provide
telephone support and online support. If you do not hold a valid
Hooray Unicom service contract, contact sellers.
Definitions of Service Request Severity
To ensure that all service requests are reported in a standard
format, Hooray Unicom has established severity definitions.
Severity Red (S1)—Your network is “down,” or there is a critical
impact to your business operations. You and Hooray Unicom will
commit all necessary resources around the clock to resolve the
Severity Orange (S2)—Operation of an existing network is severely
degraded, or significant aspects of your business operation are
negatively affected by inadequate performance of Hooray Unicom
products. You and Hooray Unicom will commit full-time resources
during normal business hours to resolve the situation.
Severity Yellow (S3)—Operational performance of your network is
impaired, but most business operations remain functional. You and
Hooray Unicom will commit resources during normal business hours to
restore service to satisfactory levels.
Severity Blue (S4)—You require information or assistance with
Hooray Unicom product capabilities, installation, or configuration.
There is little or no effect on your business operations. You and
Hooray Unicom will commit resources to provide you necessary
